GENERAL TERMS

The unlimited RIDE/SCULPT membership is a non contract re-occurring payment that allows the user to access all RIDE/SCULPT classes. The Pass is to be used by the holder only and cannot be shared.

MEMBERSHIP CYCLE

All memberships starts on the date that you sign up and submit payment via a valid Payment Method (as defined below).

All memberships are subject to you cancelling before the start of the next month. 

In accordance with these Terms, your membership automatically renew at the end of each cycle. For example, if you purchase your membership on 5th April, it will automatically renew on 5th May. You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment. We will automatically bill the monthly until your membership is cancelled by you.

You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 1 day prior notice ahead of the renewal date. For example, if your next renewal date is 6th September, you need to cancel by the 5th September in order to avoid being charged for the next month.

It’s the pass holder’s responsibility to terminate their own billing cycle. Please see “no refunds” policy.

NO REFUNDS

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

CREDITS

Customers receive the number of classes commensurate with the package purchased. Such classes may be redeemed until such time that the package is used up whether through consumption or expiry.

WE CAN NOT offer any extension on credit packages EXCEPT in the case that you have to isolate due to COVID19, in this case, 7 days will be added to the original expiry date. Note this applies only to credit packages and NOT to unlimited memberships.

We can NOT extend or pause a unlimited membership in the case of illness eg. COVID-19 or isolation through the track and trace app or in the case of a holiday. Please understand we have to have a strict policy otherwise our business would be severely negatively impacted.

STUDENT PACKAGES

YOU MUST be in full time education and up to 20 years of age to purchase a student package as stated in the package information. Failure to comply with the conditions of this package automatically deems the credits INVALID.
